What's the best beach out of the three? For 16-18 year old, thanks.

I would go to Seaside. Great Boardwalk with rides and you get a lot of high school kids there.

Default Consider Point Pleasant

For beaches north of LBI, Point Pleasant was my choice as a teenager.
Belmar was more oriented towards college and 20-somethings.
Seaside attracted a rowdier crowd of teens.
Sandy Hook is nice but once you're there, you can't leave for other activities. (And it closes too early.)

Out of those areas, Seaside Heights is the best choice as well. Like others have said the boardwork is great as well as there are lots of places to eat and do things at. Video games, Games, Rides, Pizza, Bars, The Beach, and more can all be found there. There really is nothing like it in that area. Go and enjoy!

Point Pleasant is the best beach for families I think. We were there today and had a great time. They also have a good 21+ crowd at Martell's Tiki Bar. You can hang out on the beach and have cocktails served. I think for a teenager though Seaside is the way to go.

seaside heights by a wide margin for someone of your age. belmar and point pleasant used to be just suitable for teenagers, but in recent years they've made a conscious effort to become more upscale and cater to families/white collar professionals.

seaside has the boardwalk, games, a wide beach, and plenty to do in general. it's cheap and fun for teenagers and early 20-somethings - the perfect place to go after the prom (as many of that age group do).
