It is a very busy area being that it is a junction of Rt. 80, Madison Ave., and 21st Ave.
It is in the heart of the People's Park section.
It is safe during the day with the high volume of traffic and people.
At night, it can be a little bit sketchy because there aren't that many people around, and that area has a gang presence. Parking in the day is a hastle, but at night, it is slighly better.
As with any urban area, just utilize common sense.
