I have been reading a few posts about saving time taking the Rt. 3 Express into NYC from Clifton Commons shopping center. Question is, if you park at Clifton Commons will they ticket you? Is there anywhere else you can park to catch that bus? Thanks!
I've parked at Clifton Commons for many many hours at a time. Doing homework and reading @ the book store while my loud neighbors partied above my head - then going to the movie theater and Target. Shopping in the supermarket, running in stapes and blah blah blah. They also have the labeled "park and ride" area for those who need to park and ride. If you park in that area - they would not be able to tow you as you've done nothing wrong. They have private security guards there too.
There is so much activity at Clifton Commons, from 8:00am - midnight . . . how would anyone ever figure out that you're parking to communite - even if it was illegal.
Ask one of the security officers riding through in their SUVs. They're pretty nice.
