How's that part of Montclair?
How is Walnut st station?

Great area!!! A couple of new homeowners starting young familes. Someone is building a new house on Walnut a block away from Midland. Alot of great resturants within walking distance, close to transportation.

Not bad, but certainly not the greatest. Near downtown area. It depends on your needs/wants.
