Can anyone please give me any info. on oil & electric heating? Interested in buying a Cape Cod in central NJ. First floor is heated w/ oil, one of the upstair bedrooms has just electric baseboard heating the other has that also with one vent for the oil furnace to blow thru. Have only had gas heating all my life. Don't know much about oil or electric heating. Also, oil tank is in basement. Is it very expensive to run? Any info. would help. Thanks
