If anyone can tell me about their special ed program as well will be much appreciated.

Basking Ridge is very, very nice with *excellent* schools (probably top 10). LOTS of $$$$ in the area so you're going to see the effects of that with the kids (entitlement, beemers on 17th b'day, latest clothes and whatnot). That aspect is the only thing that would keep me from moving there, oh yeah, and the cost of housing - think San Francisco prices. My house would be close to $1M there - CHC, 2500 sq ft.

I live 3 towns over from Ridge. Very good schools, somewhat expensive to live in. While nowhere near Summit, Millburn, or Maplewood in terms of price, a nice 4 BD colonial will still costs around $700,000+. It is a great area to live, though.
