I have never taken my kids to Disney. (Mean parent.)

Other people have also suggested Dave & Busters and Medieval Times.
DUH! Of course..forgot about that!

well, now that we've kind of segued into boat rides, i want to recommend "the beast". we did this for my boys' birthday in May and to say they loved it was an understatement. it was reasonably priced, entertaining and informative. my only gripe is it's so short (about 1/2 hr).

Circle-Line Sightseeing (http://www.circleline42.com/site/browse.aspx?group=2 - broken link)

not sure if your kids are tall enough, but something to keep in mind for the future. we combined it with a dinner at espn zone and they were happy campers.

Nifty Fifties in the Philly jersey area is pretty cool. Kinda like Arnolds from Happy Days, and the food isn't bad. My kids like it.

Chee burger Chee Burger (if you eat the big burger, you get a picture with the hat and it gets put up on the wall)
