HVAC Contractor - Essex County (Bloomfield, Carteret: credit, home, purchasing)

I'm purchasing a home in Bloomfield, New Jersey. Can anyone recommend a good reliable and honest HVAC contractor that could take a look at the heating and cooling system. I need to know if everything is good or do i need to ask for a credit at closing.

I used Bloomfiled Cooling and Heating. What did your inspector say about the system? also, where in Bloomfield did you buy?

there's some corosion around the elbow and valves. The boiler is 1996, so he suggested i get a maintenance plan, but the underwriter is requesting HVAC contractor to check it out along with the cooling system.

I purchased in the Carteret section of bloomfield. I wanted to stay in the brookdale section, but the taxes are too high.
