Hi
my family and I are looking to move from New MilfordNJ in some better area. As we have children good schools and nice, clean and safe neighborhood is very important. I plan to find job in NYC so would be better if close to it.
We would like to get some advice.
Here is what we need:
Preschool for My 3 year old daughter and daycare for my son.
Commuting to the NYC.
Also, walkable charming downtown and walkable friendly neighborhood.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.

Thanks.

What is your price range? There are a number of nice, commutable towns in Union and Essex counties. Some examples are Cranford, Westfield, Millburn, Montclair, Maplewood, South Orange.

Thank you all for suggestions. I will think about Westfield and Millburn, I know in Milburn are good schools. But how about north NJ, I kind of used to that area.
