Question on lease ? (tenant, school, summer)

I have a guy that wants to lease my apt. He is in a separation. He said that his two kids will visit him on weekends (meaning that they'll stay over on weekends).

In the lease that I have it states:
"The premises shall be used and occupied by tenant and tennant's immediate family, consisting of __________________, exclusively, as a..."

Do I just write down the names of the two kids and stating that they'll visit on wekends such as:

"Tom Jones and Carla Jones for visiting on weekends" on the blank above ? Or what should I write down to mean that only his kids can stay on weekends ?

Personally I'd just write down the 2 kids names and forget the weekends part... chances are he'll get some summer visitation too for a week or two solid... are you going to tell him he's in violation of his lease because the kids stayed on a Monday they didn't have school?

Put down the names and leave the timing and visitations to the family and the courts.
