May I ask why you need the name of the bank? You loan was probably sold to an investor so the name does not really matter. If you are behind and want to work out a loan mod or discuss your options, the servicer is the people you want to talk to. They handle foreclosures, short sales, loan mods etc. Bottom line, you don't need the bank name to talk about your options, talk to the servicer.
