Banks, especially the big ones suck...join a credit union..Alliant is a great one, just need to join a PTA to qualify.
If anyone in your family is in the military or works for the goverment like at a plce like Picatinny one of the best out there you can join...Navy Federal Credit Union

I use TD Bank, and have had no issues there. You should definitely look into having your paycheck directly deposited.

I have TD Bank but really miss the old Commerce. Everyone was so much more pleasant. I think the merger has really killed employee morale.

And being in the IT field, with TD's latest fiasco trying to merge Commerce's accounts, it makes me wonder what other problems are ongoing behind the scenes.

Even as Commerce began growing quickly over the past decade, the quality of its customer service plummeted. Now that it's TD, it positively sucks.

I have Td Bank i never had any problems with it just the website.

I used to have susquehanna bank terrible bank took a week and half for a lousy 300 dollar check to deposit

Default No ATM fees!

My husband and I use Charles Schwab. We honestly have no need to go inside a bank, so all the banking is done online with them. (They have no branches.) What I like best about them is the checking account is an interest bearing account AND they refund all ATM fees monthly.

Sold.

I have Chase the past 2 years because my friend works there, i can easily pay my bills from it, it's to big to fail and there are plenty of branches. Haven't had any problems yet.
