I am sick & tired of the less educated, poor, no class states who keep electing Democrats. States like Massachusetts, New Jersey, New York, California, Washington ( I'm talking about the state of Microsoft & Starbucks).

Its time for New Jersey to join the ranks of highly educated, wealthy, phenomenal public school systems, & low taxes states like- Mississippi, Alabama, South Carolina, Idaho, North Dakota etc.

There's a reason these states produce the most highly talented students in the nation. There's a reason the Most Highly educated Americans move in the millions to Red country, real republican pride like Mississippi, Alabama & South Carolina! Low Taxes, Cheap living! Freedom, Guns !

Either lets elect a republican for NJ or lets all say goodbye to All these Liberal filled states of NJ,NY,CA,MA,VT,WA etc etc!!

I want my children to grow up in a Low Property Tax, Low Income Tax environment

Its time for change !!!!

I want my state of NJ to be like these red states who keep voting year after year, decade after decade for Republicans. Conservative, patriotic, fiscal responsible, pro-education, No New Taxes governors from states like Missisippi, Alabama, South Carolina, Idaho, North Dakota.

Its time for Change !

I don't want to pay more than I should. As the saying goes, " you get what you pay for"

But no thanks, I'm happy here in Morris county, NJ .

Many if not most of the brightest kids in america come from states like NJ,NY,CA, MA & the rest of New England. . Yes, you pay the price. But that's what you're role is as a parent. To give you child the best.

Have you ever compared the crime rate? All these red southern states have the highest crime rates per state in the country.

there are good states and bad states for both red states and blue states...

Cali has huge budget problems and its almost impossible to make a living in Vermont. Whereas North Dakota has the lowest unemployment rate in the country. I wouldnt call ND or Idaho a bad place to live at all. Just a boring place to live

So you should probably read up and visit some of these places before making a post like this. different strokes for different folks...

GiantRutgers,

What part of my post didn't you understand? As you agreed with me, ND & ID are beautiful. I agree 100%. Its a Republican's perfect state. Low Taxes, Less Government, Peaceful, No Gay marriage, 97% white, Guns, Freedom, Pro-life. Its absolutely a perfect place for Jersey Republicans who hate Liberal New Jersey. Perfect.

Thanks to Technology, you can still watch your Giants & Rutgers teams.

You sound like a young guy. So I again call out to you die hard Republican parents who are sick & tired of taxes & paying for expensive public schools. Its time to plan your move. There's lots of Red choices to choose from. You got North Dakota, Idaho, South Carolina, Alabama, Mississippi- ALL LOW TAX STATES!!!! No more property tax headaches !!!

All your neighbors will AGREE with your political views! Perfect! No More Newark, No More Jersey City. No more Abbott ! YEAHHH !!!

GiantRutgers- I agree with you! North Dakota is much better to raise a family than California.

Awesome !

Makes no difference.

Now if you can actually get a Libertarian elected then you can expect taxes to be cut and a return to what made this place the greatest.

Find out who Congressman Ron Paul is supporting and back that person.

I agree with you on the italicized bits. The bolded text just proves that you're racist and homophobic. That's the problem, your world view seems to be very black and white. You seem to believe that there are Republicans, and they all follow their ideology, and there are Democrats who follow their own ideology. You see, it is fully possible to believe, as both you and I do, in limited government and individual liberty, and yet not feel that gay marriage and non-whites are bad things.

Take for example this upcoming election. I will not be voting for Corzine...for reasons that have been repeated on this forum to the point of redundancy. However, I will not be voting for Christie either. Imagine that! There are people (in growing numbers) who feel that neither political party represents their best interests!

...or you could just be a troll, and you've just wastes everyone's time.

I think if you're expecting electing a Republican to governor in NJ to turn the state into a state of anti-intellectual, backward knuckle-draggers, you will be disappointed.

What the middle class in NJ want now is not to turn NJ into a "red state", they want to get the cost of government under control.

What tends to happen in a hardcore blue state like NJ is that the Democrat political establishment push too far to the left (in Corzine's case, it's a matter of taking the tax-and-spend mindset to its breaking point) and they leave the space in the middle wide open.

That's why (for example) there is a "Republican" mayor in NY who is actually a life-long democrat who is able to run the city without being beholden to the special interests that the Dems traditionally depend on. Likewise, CA (you know, one of those states you're very fond of) currently has a Republican governor.
