I can't see how Chris Christie is going to affect my child's reading level.

PARENTS are the biggest influence, not the teachers, not the schools. When will people get this?

Plus my town gets no state money anyway.

Yeah more money equals better education. Oh wait Hoboken spends $23,000 per student and the schools are mediocre at best.

That would be an improvement. Right now some lower end districts have 9th graders reading at 4th grade levels and unfortunately funding isn't going to make a difference since they are already spending more per child than other better off districts.

check this out 90% of black voters voted for Corzine while most white people and 90% of republicans voted for Christie:

Also post-graduates (holding more than 1 degree) are the only college group that mostly supported Corzine

talk about a divided society!!

And Camden spends approx 31,000 per head.
