C/O Inspection and Fire Inspection for Edison Condo...what to expect? (sale)

OK, I have a C/O Inspection and Fire Inspection scheduled for the sale of my condo

What are they going to inspect? Any tips or advice?

I have made sure that my carbon monoxide detector is working, as well as the smoke alarms. Do they need to be in certain rooms?

Also have a kitchen fire extinguisher

Not sure of what else is needed or checked, appreciate any info.

Those are the big 3, and you pretty much have 'em covered.
You should be fine.
