Pretty much everything other than Newark, aside from East Orange and Irvington.

Are you serious? Here's some real advice. If you don't want to be a victim ANYWHERE whether it's in Newark or Livingston, don't act like a victim. Even the police officers will take advantage of you with that fearful attitude. For real and then you wonder why people make negative stereotypes about New Jersey. SMH.

And I agree with what another poster said about all those workers in the Prudential Building, the Courthouse all running out of Newark when they work around the most safest areas of the city. They still running to and from their workplace with the police, security cameras, hell at one point there was the US Army with guard dogs and all to the damn parking garage because they scared of getting robbed. And they all leave at the same time too. So much traffic getting out the city between 3-5 o clock. It's pathetic. Newark isn't even as bad as it used to be.

Wasn't from fear of being robbed, it was because the Prudential building was on a list of potential bombing targets after 9/11.

You might need a life if you're actually anticipating somebody getting banned from a web forum. I'm talking to you.
