It's a large condo complex with excellent access (walk) to two major shopping centers and a few smaller ones. Lots of local traffic and fairly far from major highways (rtes 46, 23, 80, 208 and 287). Wayne Hill HS close by, as well as St. Josephs Hospital and many doctors offices. Condos had some comments about their construction (leaks) a few years ago, but that may have been corrected. Prices are fairly high at the condos, but their location will reduce much travel. Wayne is a nice town with good schools and shopping, but bring money!
