Just by watching flip shows on TV, the majority of flippers have no clue about detail, or in some cases, basic handyman skills. They put band-aid fixes on things or hide them so they're not noticed.

While I'm sure a few flips are done well, in general, I wouldn't walk away from a flipped house; I'd run!
