Hey guys, recently I was offered an internship with the New Jersey Nets, and I was wondering if it would be realistic to drive from Moorestown (where my family lives) up to the Izod Center in East Rutherford for work each day?
about how long of a drive is that?
is it even a realistic option?
thanks in advance

Not really practical
Mapquest says 82 miles in an hour-and-a-half: Driving Directions from Moorestown, New Jersey to Izod Center in 50 Rt-120 East Rutherford, New Jersey
If you're traveling during off-hours, it may be doable but it'll "become old" really fast. Making it worse, during rush hour, add 30-45 minutes each way.
IMO, it's not really practical.

It's doable if you can leave early and be home late and just say, my life is going to suck during the week and be all about work and commuting.
I wouldn't do it if you have a spouse or kids, they'll never see you. And I wouldn't plan on doing it forever. But if the job works out, maybe you could move up closer.

yea, I dont have kids or anything like that.
Its only for 3 months also.
Its gonna be a miserable 3 months commute-wise, but in the long run it will be worth it

For 3 months I would probably just suck it up.....especially if its something you really want to do.
