Hi All,

Can you please give me your opinions if you knew about Riversideplaza apartments in Riverside avenue, Lyndhurst. Is that locatiopn tend to be very noisy as its in the junction.Also can you please comment on the safety of this neighborhood.

I would drive by that area everyday from work when I used to live in Lyndhurst. Noise from traffic I guess would be the only thing in that area...depends if the apartment has good soundproof windows because then it wouldnt matter how noisy it is outside.

The neighborhood is safe. Not sure how noisy it is inside the units.

Hi,

Thanks for your replies. There is one unit available in this building.The single bedroom costs 1300 includes heat and hot water. Does it sounds expensive or reasonable for that neighborhood.

Can someone please advise.

You can definitely find a cheaper one bedroom apartment in that area. But the Riverside Plaza is fairly new and there are stores, parking, and a bar right on the premises, so I'm guessing that's why it is a little more expensive. One bedroom apartments in this area area are typically $900-$1100.
