We're buying our first house. I have been on here a fair bit in the past with nightmares of trying to buy a house before... nightmares on renting... Finally everything has come together for us...
Home is inspected, appraised, commitment letter done, we close 2/11
We're buying a house over by Villa Victoria Academy in Ewing, NJ. It's 4br, 2.5 baths, 2800 sqft on just under an acre of land... and we love it! The moment I saw the kitchen with the fireplace, vaulted beamed ceilings and brick floors...I was in love!
Thanks so much for everyone's help and advice in the past.
Um... I'm not sure about that... I'm probably the most impatient person you will ever find. I'm still chomping at the bit because we are not in it already!
brick floors? ouch--sounds like it would hurt your feet. Do you mean hard wood floors?
There are brick floors in the breakfast area (with the vaulted ceiling) and in the mud room. There are also random width peg floors and Brazilian Cherry.
Ohh I wish I was you. I love to buy furniture!!! I could really get into a mess with 2800 square feet of brand new FURNITURE!!! Good luck and have the time of your life!!!!!
