Well they do have to present the case for tolls on these roads to the feds so if it does happen it won't be real soon

They would have to be Electronic tolls , becuz putting boths would cost way to much , i think Tolls would work on I-78 and I-80 , but not I-287.

A toll booth anywhere from Exit1-Exit12 on 287 would KILL the already horrible commute in that area on 287.
