Yes, we did buy a home. I work in Midtown manhattan. Its 1hr 30 mins commute for me Door-Door. Not bad actually.
I take the train at Princeton Junction and get down at Penn Station.
Again it depends on where your house in Monroe and your work location in NY is....

I plan to buy a new home in Monroe Manor (Manchester Model). Currently the price is $476,900. I am wondering if I can get 5% off. Any idea? Thanks in advance!

Default Just called Monroe manor

Just called Monroe manor and they said that the model homes are available to see.

Can someone who have bought homes there can share some information about

- Schools ( elementary , middle and high )
- Taxes for each model - as it might change with models
- How is the commute to New York ?
- Hallmark builder reputation - which other subdivisions have they built.
- Any idea on other areas with similar homes.

To anyone who is living in Monroe Manor community,
I am considering buying single family house but, have concerns about proximity to basic amenities. How far is the closest grocery store, department store. Are there any restaurants near by?
Your honest feedback will be valuable.
Thanks.S
