Good to know a sista completed college with no debt - kudos to that once again. One place to consider for a university job is UMDNJ - they pay well for most entry level jobs and with time you should be able to advance easily. Difficult part is getting a foot in the door. Also have you looked into non-profits some pay very well.

I have been apply to UMDNJ for years and I just can't get a job there lol. I currently work for a non profit and its hard because if funding is cut you loose your job. I been here for two years and had to wait 1 year and a half to get a raise because of lack of funding. The only perk to non profits is less taxes being taken out your check.
