Depends on the size of the townhouse. Normal area rents - $1000 and up for a one bed apartment, $1250 2 bedroom. Townhouses - $1600 2 bedroom, $1800-$2000 for 3 beds. More or less.
My guess would be $600-$800 for the room. That seems to be what I see asking in ads. Would you have your own bathroom?
