Hello all,

I am looking to move to Hackensack this summer. My budget is 995 a month, with at least heat and hot water. I have been hearing some pretty scary reviews of some complexes that I had been considering. Can anyone please point me in the direction, of a reasonably clean and safe complex?

Thanks!!!

I used to live in Quail Heights for about 3 years before we moved to buy a house. It doesn't have all the luxuries the other complexes have, but I liked it. It was clean and the rent wasn't bad for what I got.

there is a place right when you get off route 4 going east - on main street

40.907687,-74.04149 - Google Maps

no idea what it is called. it is about 1050 a month or so though. our friend lives there. it is old (like all places for $1000 a mo) but very big. with hard wood floors. heat/hw included.
