Cranford Ave is on the North side of Cranford, This is one of those diverse streets. Cranford is near all major commute routes, and Cranford Ave. is up to a mile from the train staition. Were you interested in one of those new homes?

Yes, one of those new homes to-be-build on that street. Seems like there are a lot of empty spots on Cranford ave, I wonder if it indicates some sort of problem. Do not know much about neighbors either, we did see 2-3 families as we drove by, but cannot make any conclusions from the looks. Sergio - what do you mean by "Diverse street", income/nationality/race/age?

Yes Violette, diverse, often translates to multi-racial. There are a few homes to be built in the area, that range in quality and pricing. Be careful to comp the homes carefully.

Hmm...thats not a good news I guess. Could become a problem if we must sell it for some reason in the future. Possibly, those empty lots on the block are this way for a reason. At this point, we are pretty deep into the deal already, and its not "an affordable" property type that we are building there, going all out for it. We looked at Cranford for a while, all stats looked pretty good to us, but now when we actually getting the deal together...I am concerned. I guess I am starting to get cold feet about the move.
