Hi all,

I had one paying guest in mine apartment. He is denying for paying remaining rent. I am also tenant for the apartment but as apartment is big for us so we kept a PG for small amount.

How can I get remaining rent from the person?

Unless you had a written agreement, it is just your word against theirs I beleive. Either way you would probably have to sue them in court.

I don't have any written agreement in my name but I do have a letter from mine landlord not notarized one which I emailed to him
Is there any law by which I can evict him?
