I have twice a week for regular trash plus recyclables. Bulk pick-up on Weds for up to 6 items.

One pick up a week, recycle every other week.

Twice a week in JC (Mon & Thu). Recyclables go out on Thu.

I think a more interesting question is what time do the collectors come? They pass my building anytime between 10PM and 12:30AM. Late night pickup.
