I know where you find them..
Really, though, we haven't seen one in 2 years on our ranch?
As a matter of fact haven't seen one in my driving between Gallup, Fence Lake, Quemado, Albuquerque etc.

Where are they? Do you see many around your area??

Like watching them....

HW

I've seen a few south of Santa Fe.
The last one my dog gave chase.
But she quit after about 50-60 yards, deciding than a can of dog food is much easier to catch.

I just saw one day before yesterday, when I was driving up the hill from Alamogordo to Cloudcroft.
I see them here in Timberon occasionally.
I like watching them too

In Albuquerque I see them frequently, usually every 1-2 weeks. I saw two in one day last week.

Where I've seen a lot of them in my travels through your state (and was thru there just last weekend) are the roads from Tucumcari to Clovis. Also have seen them at times near the rest area on 285 about 40 miles north of Roswell.

We live in Placitas. They show up at our place three or four times a month.
