I've heard Michael's kitchen is the place. They serve N. Mex food, and have their own bakery.

Michael's is very good, but Debbie recently ate at Gordon's Grill and REALLY liked it.

I've never eaten there, but Debbie has pretty good restaurant judgment so it's worth
checking out. She says reservations are "strongly suggested".

Mike, I think you mean Graham's Grille, an excellent eatery. I'm sure the fact that it's next door to Weaving Southwest had nothing to do with it.

Yep, that's it. Debbie has put down the knitting needles long enough to say that the
nearby availability of expensive wool had NOTHING to do with her recommendation..

I'll add that GG's lines were unusally long during the Wool Festival, out the back and onto their patio (where one can eat if the weather cooperates). We've been there midday at other times and got in easily.

Default Enjoy Taos for being Taos...

Orlando's in El Prado north of Taos is very good. I like Doc Martin's in the Taos Inn even though it is a bit pricey compared to many local places. Also, just remember that you are on Taos time when you go to these establishments. In other words, time means nothing...
