Yes, that's what the board wants to do but Jan. 13 court date will determine if the board does the job or if they will appoint another receiver. Beagles wants to appoint someone as receiver and will have a suggestion at court but hopefully, the judge will reject that and let the board do its thing.
Charlie (sig. other) and the others are very excited about getting things done.

THe art gallery should be good for Timberon. Can't wait till it opens.

The judge is letting the board take over with the exception of anything to do with lawsuits. No receiver! This continues for 3 months and then we'll have another court date in April to see how the board is doing.

since i dont understand the receiver thing i gather this is what everyone has hoped for to let the board have the freedom to run it themselves?
