It's been hailing like crazy. Last night and today, thunder and lightning storms. Pretty cool
We sure need the rain!

Haven't heard of any damage.
Power was out for a couple of hours.

Is the river running again now?
When I was out in early April it was dry.

I love the little river.
Last summer I was staying at Aurora's place. We had just arrived after about 12 hours of driving and I was relaxing in a camp chair having an adult beverage and listening to the river. Just as I was about to doze off I heard a romping sound on the deck. In my relaxed state I casually looked over toward the sound and was surprised by the sight of the largest racoon I have ever seen running straight at me. I still laugh when I think of the height and the hang time that l got leaping out of the chair. Of course the racoon ran past me and across the river and I had another adult beverage.

When we first got our place river was running but slowly stopped, hopefully moisture will get back to normal and the river will run again,

I've had a good laugh this morning. Thank you.

It seems to be running in some places and dry in other places.
