Heights Summerfest

Join us for food, beverages, children, fun and the music of Cherry Poppin Daddies.

When Jun 14, 2014, 05:00 PM - 10:30 PM
Where 8301 Wyoming NE, Albuquerque, NM 87113
505-768-3556

Description

Come join the City for a great night out, as we bring Summerfest to the Northeast Heights!

Heights Summerfest is located on Wyoming Boulevard, just north of Paseo del Norte, at North Domingo Baca Park.

The free event will feature live entertainment, kids' activities, food trucks, an artisan market, a microbrew garden, and more!

Cherry Poppin Daddies

Masters of both extraordinary elegance and bird-flipping fury, Cherry Poppin’ Daddies are indeed the real deal. Ever impossible to pigeonhole, White Teeth, Black Thoughts sees the Eugene, Oregon-based big band pushing themselves to the outer limits of inspiration and invention, resulting in two-count ‘em-two distinctive collections.

This album marks CPD’s first jazz and swing-powered outing in more than a decade, while the exhilarating bonus disc is built upon a twisted frame of guitar-slinging rock ‘n’ roll.

More Information: Heights Summerfest — City of Albuquerque

Price: Free
