Michelle1210-
I would use part of the bag for Cornbread muffins - adding chopped green chiles, cheese and corn kernels. A great treat with coffee in the morning and a big hit! Another possible is with scrambled eggs or even with refries and make a burrito! Or a quessadilla! YUM! I am getting hungry! Bon appetit! Or more appropriately buen provecho!
