What are the top 10 fastest growing cities in NM?

I wonder what percentage of developed land is incorporated city area? These numbers are not metro areas.

You are all right about Alamogordo. I checked the on-line version and the numbers/names are the same.

Going through this site:
Alamogordo (city) QuickFacts from the US Census Bureau
The numbers look accurate for all the towns (not cities, really).
Alamogordo was simply left off. That's goofy.
It shows a measure of 35,551 for 2003.

I'm not sure, Harry.....there are a number of new subs out there with many new and beautiful homes. But Las Lomas has fantastic views. You get city water/electric, but you have to have a septic system and Dish TV/Cable/Internet.

I saw several new places on the annual Parade of Homes. It's a really good way to see who's building what where!

Great point Morti as these communities have all this new growth and yet it's not all counted on the Census Data.

Yeap that's a decrease of 0.1% from 2000 and yet they have built over 2.500 to 3,000 homes there since 2000 as they can't be all empty nesters.
