Ruidoso! (apartment, rentals, condo)

In less than 10 days I am scheduled to close the deal on the purchase of a Condo in Ruidoso, and on the day of the closing I will be moving to Ruidoso. After I am settled in, I would like to open up my condo to a house mate to share this very comfortable space, along with the expenses of this delightful, almost 1600 sf condo in the ponderosa pines of nearby Alto. I'm hoping that someone can point me to the best local outlet to advertise my desire for a rent paying housemate. Thank you!

The local Ruidoso News publishes on Wed and Fri, both in paper form and on the internet. You can place an ad on their "want ad" pages. Other options I can think of are Craig's List (internet) and apartment rental agencies found on Google "apartment rentals, ruidoso."
