Most mountain ranges in New Mexico that rise substantially above 8,500' or so have aspen groves.
The eastern faces of the Gila, Mogollon, and Sacramentos, the Sandias, the Jemez, the Sangre De Cristos, the Manzanos, the San Mateos, the Magdalenas, Mt. Taylor, etc.
As long as the mountains are high enough and have the conditions suitable for forest growth, there are almost certainly aspen groves.
