Its fascinating to see farms with water rights of course, offered so cheaply in places like Torrance ( Estancia) County and further east in the Clovis, Quay County areas. In some of these places land with water rights is at under $2k an acre but the water district reports which were issued late last year are not sanguine as the future supply v demand of water.

Will there ever be a solution?

Depends on the problem. Cheap farmland is only a problem if you're trying to unload it.

As far as not enough water, I'm working on a solution.

Water rights do NOT equate with actual available water.
