It's as though their money makes up for everything. They'll be killing the police and other law enforcement here in no time, anyone who gets in their way.

I read this article and I have to say this is a complete outrage. As a sovereign nation, we have one of two choices: 1) get serious about infiltrating these thugs (where are you Governor Bill?) purge them out of my country, or 2) let Mexico annex the village Columbus, much like Pancho Villa attempted to do via conquest in 1916. This proliferation of unsavory individuals should be thwarted immediately. How can one print that there is a '10% of population' in a village of 2000 involved in illegal activity, and our law enforcement officials, be it state or federal, sit idly by? This is akin to a benign illegal occupation of our domestic soil. Memo to Bill Richardson and NM state police: get these people the hell out of my country.

I guess first ask the "the sheriff's investigators". They are the ones who allegedly made the claim. I guess if you feel people are sitting around not doing anything about it you could write to Governor Richardson.
