I've heard that BP isn't allowing media access to areas down there in the gulf. My question is to locals of the area. Is anyone unable to pick up any news stations or have any local news stations been censored locally due to the oil spill?

I'm not sure there would be a point to censoring coverage of it. They may be limiting information on certain aspects so in a way that may be happening. I mean anyone down here who wants to see what's going on only has to go see what's going on. I don't think they are limiting nautical travel in the gulf, a lot of people with sufficient crafts are being hired to assist in clean up. I personally doubt its as much of a conspiracy as some people hope. To me, they just made a huge f'up...
