Hey yall, I've been thinking about where to take the fam for vacation this summer and NOLA popped into my head. Its a place I've wanted to visit so why not? I shooting for the week of the 4th of July. Any ideas as far as what to do, where to stay would greatly be appreciated, thanks!

The Essence Music Festival is usually that week and that brings huge crowds to NOLA. If you want to enjoy the city without major crowds and limited hotel space, I would recommend another time to visit NOLA.
