So was Samuel L Jackson in Django and Ben Carson. Point is just because he's black or works in a prestigious position at Harvard doesn't mean I'm going to agree with him. I think the idea of it is great but I'm gonna have to wait to pass judgment until I see it.

Two recent pieces of development news:

https://nola.curbed.com/platform/amp...elivery-center

“ This will be the first dedicated Tesla Center in New Orleans—and the Gulf Coast.”
“The center will have a 30,000-square-foot warehouse to store vehicles, a 16,000-square-foot repair center, and office space.”

New Orleans is getting a Tesla service and delivery center. Which I think is great because companies of the future are choosing this city to invest in.

The Odeon — Tallest Building To Be Built in 30 Years — Breaks Ground in NOLA | Canal Street Beat | New Orleans Real Estate News

“New Orleans-based The Domain Companies is behind the project, which will include 271 apartments, 200 parking spaces, and 12,000 square feet of retail in a 414,000 square foot building.”

Also the tallest building to be constructed in New Orleans in years is being build in the South Market District. This development has really taken off and I can only guess the demand is there as it’s a pretty big development being built out.
