Haiti is Francophone. The official language of Haiti is French. Haitian French Creole was not added onto the official language roster until after 1987. French is still the main official language of the Republic of Haiti.
Haiti is an official member of The "Francophonie" organization. Haiti is also an official member of the Latin Union as well among many other organizations throughout the world etc.
Martinique & Guadeloupe are NOT colonies. They are "departments d'outre mers" or overseas departments of French. In other words they are integral parts of the French Republic, as are all & any other departments of mainland France.

No, it's Spanish derived. Louisiana was Spanish, then French, then Spanish in colonial rule & tutelage. There are French influences but the bulk of architecture in NOLA, especially in the French Quarter is Spanish.

Also there are Spanish speaking Louisianians. Many people in Louisiana speak Louisiana Spanish.
