Looks like a lot of people never made it off of Bourbon street when they visited. I understand. It took years for me to see everything this city has to offer. If you come here for the party, why would you leave the Quarter? Drunks and hookers are what you see on Bourbon St. It's why people come here for vacation. You have to see the rest of the city, and meet some of the people here, to understand why people stay.

Except the corruption of public officials (police and other government officials) is everywhere in New Orleans.

I didn't mention corruption, but you're right. New Orleans is the only city in America with corrupt politicians.

Seriously though. I'm not saying New Orleans is perfect, it's far from it. I guess I just don't think you can describe this city with 3 words. I'll stop getting offended now...maybe.
