Since we didn't get to come to quarter festival this year, we are thinking of coming to the Zydeco Festival on June 9 and 10. I read that it coinsides with the Cajun Tomato Festival in the French Market. We have not been in town for this so I'm in the dark as to how good it is. I know there are not as many stages as French Quarter Festival but is it as crowded? We have a place to stay so accomadations are not a consideration.

Its not nearly as big and crowded as the french quarter fest. It will be hotter so if the heat doesn't bother you - you should enjoy it.
