Any experience with Elysian Courtyards apartments on Gentilly Blvd? Or Latter & Blum as a management company? (apartment complex)

Hey all,

Anyone familiar with the Elysian Courtyards apartment complex on Gentilly Blvd across from Dillard University's campus? I'm not finding much independent information or reviews on them, but my wife and I are interested in possibly moving there.

I am familiar with the area by virtue of working community oriented job there, but that's a little different than living there or living in a specific multi-unit building. It looks affordable on our budget; it's pet friendly, though we have 3 cats (don't judge! life happens); there's gated off-street parking (we don't have a car, but my wife has a scooter and I ride a bike almost everywhere; it's right on the 94 Broad, 90 Carrollton and 55 Elysian Fields bus lines which is really convenient.

We just want to have a little more idea of the place before pursuing it.

We currently live in the Black Pearl area (near the intersection of S Carrollton and St Charles), so we're pretty familiar with the city overall.
