Hello, could anyone tell me if 2013 S. Liberty St or the Bellemont Apartments in Metairie are safe areas? Thanks for any help!

That address (Liberty) is in one of the worst areas of the city. A big "no" on that one. As far as Bellemont, they only have a 5% recommended rating.

Bellemont isn't unsafe per se, but I don't think you'll find the apartments to be desirable. They're cheap for a reason.

Could either of you let me know if these are safe locations? The Falstaff Apts on 2600 Gravier St, Columbia Parc at the Bayou Apts on 1400 Milton St, Oakmont Apartments on 2200 Westbend Pkwy, Castille Severn Apts on 3409 Severn Avenue in Metairie?

Thanks so much again!

I'd say no on the first three. Not sure about the ones on Severn.

Columbia parc is nice...very quiet area though. Not much to do around there yet. They are just starting to build up around there.
