Hi im looking to rent a house during wrestlemania week next april

so i need a place that is near the superdome,the arena and the convention center

i dont drive and i dont know the cab situation in the city but i would like the place to be walkable

ive been looking on airbnb but not sure of the neighborhoods these are the options

so where do you think i should focus my search

I have found it difficult to locate a vacation rental in Nola for a week, I have found a few condos but not many, hence I always stay in a hotel

I've stayed in one in the LGD on Prytania. I would look Uptown between St. Charles and the river I think.

uptown wouldnt be walkable to the superdome area would it?

Oh yeah. It's walkalbe but quite a long walk from most safe locations. You can take the streetcar up to Poydras and walk.

so im currently looking to these some i have exact addresses others just a general location i would like opinions on each area if possible in terms of safety, walking around, ease of getting to the venues i mentioned in my original post


1.Bourbon St and Esplanade Ave


2.867 Camp Street, New Orleans, LA 70130 1.1 miles

5.it's three blocks from St. Charles and near Jackson Ave



6.Coliseum Street, New Orleans, LA 70130

8.directly across the street from St. Augustine Church

still looking around

is this a good are Treme neighborhood near Armstrong Park and St. Augustine Church

would it be fine walking at night back and forth from there to bourbon and the dome?
