My girlfriend and I looked at that apartment complex before we decided where we were going to stay, they are nice, across the street from a canal and from the new costco, a skip and a jump from Xavier university, plenty of places to choose from where to eat and down the street from rocking bowl bowling lanes, quick access to the interstate....the elevation is fairly decent..crime isn't bad in that particular part of Carollton.
